“The Sky Method” is a two-part process consisting of Self-Inquiry, a guided focus inward, followed by Expressive Painting, which serves as a bridge between the subconscious and conscious mind.

It is a new modality of spiritual physiology with integration of expressive painting.   

INSPIRATION

In pursuit of my own personal transformation, my search lead me to realize that the process I was after - did not yet exist and SURELY must be created. This NEW process for personal transformation became “The Sky Method”, which I am privileged to share with you.

My personal journey is illuminated by work of Bob Hoffman, a quintessential pioneer of spiritual physiology. His technique became my inspiration. Particularly the process of “mindful self-inquiry” and meditation. They deeply resonated with my practice, my worldview and my understanding of what it means to be a human being. I also, experienced the failings of a purely intellectual approach for creating a change in behavior, a shift in perspective, a transformation of the “way of being”.

For me as an artist, it was intrinsic to integrate mindful inquiry with visual expression. The act of painting is meditative in unto itself and it requires one’s participation as a whole person - physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually as it connects to one’s creative source within.

“The Sky Method” creates a bridge between subconscious and conscious mind.

My process allows participant(s) to dynamically transform their perspective of self, their behavioral patterns and limiting beliefs.  As a result, it gives them freedom from “being stuck”, as well as releases of emotions, pain, trauma, and stress locked in the subconscious mind and body. Resulting in a profound therapeutic healing effect on the whole person.

The entire process is highly pleasurable. It helps to reach a profound understanding of SELF, resolves inner conflicts and reaches a deeper sense of inner peace and meaning.

You WILL create beautiful, spontaneous images regardless of your previous painting skills. Those images will continue to serve you as a visual reminder of your personal victory (see client experiences).
